Postnatal yoga
from 6 weeks to 9 months postpartum
In this series of lessons, the focus is on you as a mother. You have gone quite physically through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. The changes in your life also form an intense experience for your emotional life and your mind. That is why it is important to care for and nourish yourself with gentle exercises, good relaxation and like-minded people around you. Your baby is very welcome at these lessons and will be involved in the yoga postures and relaxation exercises. This way you can enjoy each other while you work on your postnatal recovery on a physical and mental level.
