Becoming a mom and being a mom, a gift as well as a challenge. Fortunately, you don't have to do it alone. Let yourself be carried by a nice group of fellow moms while also working on your physical well-being and connection with your baby.

On our Friday morning walks, you get the guidance of an expert midwife on top of that.

We meet at 9:30 at the little square of Bruineveld in Kessel-Lo, at the very end of the street at the youth soccer field. Here you will find a (limited) parking lot.

You never leave here alone. Would you like to bring who you hold dear, everyone is welcome.

You choose whether to walk with a baby carrier or a carriage. The grounds will accommodate both.
