Sometimes parenting is different than expected. So many things happen and there are so many emotions that it's like being on a rollercoaster.

Everything seems to have changed: your relationship, your body, your lifestyle, … The birth did not go as you expected. It was a long, emotional road to get pregnant. You don't immediately feel a strong connection with your baby. You don't know it all anymore, you are insecure or you doubt yourself. You feel scared, lonely, guilty or sad. You have lost your balance.

 

The challenges of parenthood are not talked about or written much about. It is a path of trial and error. You are not the only parent who identifies with these doubts, fears and insecurities. Sometimes you just can't get out of this alone. Know that you don't have to do it alone.

We will go on a journey with you and together, within your own capabilities, we will look for ways to deal with the issues you encounter. It starts with telling your story the way you want it to be, oversimplified.

 

There is no standard approach, what you can count on is a listening ear, unbiased. We don't just talk, we also get to work actively during a session or there is homework to work on between sessions.

 

Everything happens at your pace and fits within your specific way of parenting. Even if it is sometimes with small steps, you come back closer to yourself, closer to your predetermined goal, to more peace and balance in your life.

 

Small steps back to having fun, feeling a little better again, noticing that you can handle it all a little better, gradually less guilt.
