Throughout these 5 gatherings, where you are welcome alone or together with your partner, we approach different themes, as well as questions and stories that concern you during pregnancy and as young parents.

 

As a midwife we guide and facilitate the meeting, we provide direction and a lot of explanation. You discover and learn from us as midwives, but also from each other, always in a safe and familiar setting.

• What to expect during pregnancy and early maternity.    Finding new balance 

• Last weeks of pregnancy and the start of labor

• Breastfeeding
